A special order is an order for any item not currently stocked by CND Performance. All orders placed as special orders, except for custom made/made to fit items, will be allowed to be returned under the normal return to stock timeframe of 12 months from original invoice date. However, there will be a 20% stocking fee placed on the returned part(s). This stocking fee is in addition to any other handling fees that will be assessed based on current RTS rate.

CND Performance SPECIAL ORDERS: All CND Performance special orders will be delivered from the supplier to a CND Performance warehouse and then redistributed to the customer by standard CND Performance delivery method. CND Performance special orders have an approximate two to three-week lead time, depending on the supplier. All CND Performance Special Orders will incur a CND Performance special order fee, freight charges from the supplier, any supplier special order charges, plus the customer’s standard CND Performance delivery fee. The invoice will be received upon delivery of the order. 


  • Please inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts and make sure all parts invoiced are received before signing for the merchandise. CND Performance reserves the right to deny credit on all shortages that are called in after delivery has been made and the customer has signed for the products without notification of shortage.
  • Any damage or shortage must be reported to CND Performance’s customer service department within 5 days of delivery.
  • Defective items will be subject to the supplier’s warranty policy and must have a description of the defect. Certain suppliers require that you deal with them directly regarding all defective items.Returned items that are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound, will be returned to the customer immediately.
  • In the instance that the customer is billed for one item, but shipped another, the customer must contact CND Performance’s customer service department within 9 days to facilitate credit and/or reorder if necessary.
 
CND Performance monitors warranty and defective returns very closely. Any customers that have warranty or defective return rates higher than the company average will be subject to additional inspection and processing, which may include loss of special order abilities.
